We’re looking for a full-time Customer Success & Onboarding Manager to own the client experience across the Popfly platform. This person will guide brands from onboarding through long-term success, helping clients launch effectively, stay engaged, and see ongoing value from the platform.
This role is equal parts relationship management, project coordination, and strategic support. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product to create a seamless client experience that strengthens retention and supports growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding for new clients, including demos, training, campaign setup, and launch guidance
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic recommendations, and ongoing support
- Monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and renewal outcomes
- Manage inbound support requests and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Support higher-tier clients with campaign execution, creator communication, reporting, and platform strategy
- Partner with product, marketing, and leadership teams to improve workflows and surface client feedback
- Create client-facing recaps and reports that clearly communicate performance and value
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or related roles
- Experience in SaaS, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or agency environments is a strong plus
- Exceptional organization and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence leading client conversations
- Comfortable working with CRMs, reporting dashboards, and performance data
- Proactive, resourceful, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the outdoors, creator economy, social commerce, or digital marketing
The Details
- Full-time, remote-friendly (hybrid near Costa Mesa preferred)
- Salary range: $75,000–$85,000 plus benefits, depending on experience and geographic market
