The Role

We're looking for a Client Success & Onboarding Manager to own the customer experience from day one.

You'll lead onboarding for new clients, guide brands through successful launches, and serve as a strategic partner throughout their journey with Popfly. This role combines customer success, account management, project coordination, and creator marketing strategy.

You'll work closely with our sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure clients are successful, engaged, and continuously seeing value from the platform.

This is a hybrid role based in Costa Mesa, California. Candidates should be located in Southern California and able to work regularly from our Costa Mesa office.

What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding for new clients, including kickoff calls, platform training, campaign setup, and launch support
  • Build trusted relationships with brand partners through proactive communication and strategic guidance
  • Monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and renewal outcomes
  • Manage client support requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Help clients develop and execute creator marketing campaigns across UGC, influencer, affiliate, and ambassador programs
  • Support higher-tier accounts with campaign execution, creator communication, reporting, and strategic recommendations
  • Deliver performance recaps and business reviews that clearly communicate results and value
  • Partner with product and leadership teams to surface customer feedback and improve the overall client experience
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of processes, playbooks, and best practices as we continue to scale

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Partnerships, or a related field
  • Experience in SaaS, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or agency environments
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable leading client-facing meetings and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and customer success software
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Passion for the outdoors, creator economy, social media, or consumer brands is highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000-$85,000 base salary, depending on experience
