Early on there were not many adventure creators who can say that the majority of gear they’ve tried and tested can be found all in one storefront making passive income and Goldie is no longer one of those people.

Many creators have expressed the need to earn from things they already use without having to apply to campaigns or affiliate programs and hope they get accepted. So, after launching Popfly storefronts, I sat down with Goldie to talk about the biggest things for her as a creator. From collaborating with favorite brands to building her own storefront, she shares her insights on working with brands, managing campaigns, and generating passive income.

Why Every Creator Should Have a Storefront

Goldie sees a storefront as a valuable tool for both creators and their audiences.

Thoughts on Popfly’s Storefront

Goldie was impressed when Popfly first launched its storefront feature.

“I thought it was cool to have all of that, like the affiliate program and actual campaigns in one area. I think it makes it easier to not have to jump from platform to platform. ”

She also appreciates the visual design of the storefront, which she finds more user-friendly than others she’s seen.

For creators setting up their own storefront for the first time, Goldie emphasizes simplicity and enjoyment:

“Don’t overthink it. Put everything and anything that you like and just write a small description of why.”

Top Picks from Her Storefront

When asked about her favorite brands on her storefront, Goldie doesn’t hesitate: “Gnara is definitely is my top favorite hands down.” She also mentioned wanting to see Gregory backpacks, as they help with back support to reflect the full range of gear she uses.

Goldie Choi’s experience highlights the importance of authenticity, creativity, and boundaries in brand collaborations. Her approach to Popfly’s storefront demonstrates how creators can turn their passions into passive income while making it easy for their audience to connect with the products they love.
