Evergreens: The Always-On Creator Program that Plants a Tree When you Launch

We built Popfly for the adventure and community-led brands space because that's the world we're in. The brands we work with, the creators in our network, the content they're making together, all of it is tied to wild places that are worth showing up for beyond a marketing budget. So when we were building Evergreens, we wanted to do something that actually reflected that.
Evergreens is our always-on creator content program focused on building long term brand relationships and the tools to build sustainable careers for creators. When a brand launches their Evergreens program through Popfly, we plant a tree through our partnership with EcoMatcher. A tree with a photo, a unique ID, and a GPS pin. We planted the first tree PAE1214118, in San Antonio, Ecuador for Osprey who launched their first program in beta.

Here's how launching an Evergreen works:
- Set up in minutes: drop in your budget, pick your goal, and Evergreens builds your program structure automatically
- Branches: tiered levels that move creators up automatically as they hit their goals, so your best performers earn more and stay invested
- Custom deliverables: define exactly what you need, whether that's a TikTok post, a UGC asset, affiliate sales, or a mix
- Bonus thresholds: set a base payout and reward over performers automatically based on metrics like views or affiliate sales, because when creators win, brands win too
- One-click payouts: a monthly invoice reflects exactly what got delivered, no chasing, no manual processing
- Content that compounds: creators keep showing up, content keeps coming in, and your program grows without adding to your workload

Why we built this into the program
We're a creator marketing platform for adventure and community-led brands. The whole premise is that adventure creators make content about the places and pursuits their audiences actually care about, and that content does real work for brands over time. It felt wrong to build a product around the outdoors and not build something that gives back to it.
We wanted the contribution to be automatic and traceable and tied directly to using the product, so that when a brand launches an Evergreen program, they've already done something real before their first post goes live.
The creators on our platform are not influencers who happen to like hiking. They're people whose whole creative practice is built around being outside, and they care about what happens to those places. Knowing that brands they are working with care about that too, is important.
I'd be stoked to show you how to launch your Evergreens program.
