Popfly is looking to bring on a Head of Go-To-Market & Revenue capable of driving high execution velocity across our entire revenue engine.
This is not a traditional sales leadership role. We are looking for a rare operator who loves sales, understands the art and science behind building a great GTM motion.
You'll partner closely with a high-performing Marketing and Growth team, pair with and guide two skilled Sales professionals, and work closely with Product and Engineering to identify and solve critical bottlenecks across the customer journey.
You'll help shape how we sell, who we sell to, how we forecast, how we improve the product, and ultimately how we scale.
This role reports directly to the Founder / CEO where you’ll step in to manage the day-to-day operational gravity of our sales process, freeing up the Founder, while establishing a world-class foundation for our future team.

You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, run the demo, navigate objections, negotiate, and close deals yourself.
You'll help architect the systems, processes, messaging, and strategy that allow Popfly to scale from founder-led sales into a predictable revenue machine.
You'll deeply understand our pipeline, create forecasting discipline, build accurate revenue models, and ensure the entire company understands where we are and what we're doing to improve every day.
You'll pair with two talented Sales professionals, raise the standard of execution, and help build the foundation for a world-class sales organization.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and the Founder to identify friction, improve the customer journey, and turn market feedback into meaningful company improvements.
You'll test, learn, and iterate across messaging, pricing, sales process, and GTM strategy. You see the revenue engine as something that is constantly improving.
