This is a senior, strategic role for a marketer who can operate across brand, growth, and product. You’ll own the full ecosystem: go-to-market strategies, demand generation, SEO, lifecycle, experimentation, and the systems that tie it all together. You’ll help define Popfly’s category leadership and build the infrastructure that fuels our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Own
Supercharge Popfly’s Inbound Marketing Engine
- Build and execute a growth plan that fills the funnel with high‑intent outdoor, travel, and adjacent‑industry brands.
- Create high‑impact content engineered to trigger “Get Started” calls and platform signups.
- Transform our website into a true SEO engine.
- Build and distribute lead magnets that attract high‑intent outdoor brands.
- Maniacally optimize the full funnel, focusing on what happens after someone subscribes, downloads, or engages.
Own Lifecycle, Segmentation & Pipeline Acceleration
- Manage growth email sequences, from warm‑up flows for unqualified prospects to signal-based automation.
- Build industry‑based segmentation (outdoor, travel, adjacent) to deliver hyper‑relevant messaging.
- Craft special offers and messaging that move prospects deeper into the funnel.
- Partner with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs and predictable pipeline velocity.
Run High‑Velocity Experiments
- Own Popfly’s experimentation roadmap across channels, messaging, and acquisition levers.
- Launch, measure, and scale tests across paid, organic, email, SEO, and emerging channels.
- Use data, segmentation, and automation to deliver the right message at the right moment.
- Build the systems and dashboards that help the team move faster and smarter.
Create High‑Impact Product Content That Drives Action
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral for sales enablement (website, blogs, videos, white papers, emails, etc.).
- Conduct brand and creator research that informs product direction, pricing, and positioning.
- Turn insights into actionable recommendations that shape roadmap, messaging, and GTM priorities.
What You Bring
- 5–8+ years in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing (startup experience strongly preferred)
- A proven track record of building and scaling inbound engines that drive measurable revenue
- Deep experience with SEO, lifecycle automation, segmentation, and funnel optimization
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with outdoor and travel brands
- Strong analytical instincts — you know how to interpret data, identify opportunities, and prioritize ruthlessly
- Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, feedback‑driven environment where speed matters
- An AI expert who understands how to deploy AI for scale, efficiency, and acceleration.
